Require the source policy and aggregate validation checks for homebrew-tap, swift-codex and swift-data-writable. Each aggregate now passed on its default branch and covers its compiler, platform and integration jobs, so branch rules no longer depend on individual matrix job names.
Default-branch evidence: homebrew-tap run 37431092961, swift-codex run 37429957753, swift-data-writable run 37425766158. Live rulesets are updated in the same rollout and verified against this declaration. Signature, pull-request and tag protections retain their declared settings.
