Modernize transactional email templates

Summary

• Rebuilt all 13 transactional emails on a shared Handlebars layout with branded header, footer, CTA buttons, and info callouts
• Added emailLogoUrl / emailHeaderColor config, bundled favicon asset, and npm run email:preview for local HTML previews
• Fixed sendSessionDeletionErrorEmail to use the session-deletion-error template (was incorrectly using session-deletion-count)

Post-deploy verification checklist

Verify each email after deploying to staging. Check branding (burgundy header, green CTAs, logo, footer), links, and copy.

• Confirm admin alert emails (rows 8, 10–12) arrive with correct data
