Summary

Makes AI-generated structured text reliably copyable into OpenResume. Both instruction templates now require exactly one plain-text code block containing the complete document, keep literal #, ##, and ### markers inside it, and are generated from parser-supported headings. Both parsers also strip one complete enclosing fence (text-labelled or unlabelled) before reading markers, so a copied code block can be pasted as-is.

This fixes the workflow failure where chat interfaces rendered Markdown headings and the copied response lost the markers OpenResume needs.

Type of change

  • Bug fix
  • Feature
  • Refactor
  • Documentation
  • Chore / tooling / dependencies

Checklist

  • Branch follows <type>/<description>.
  • No secrets, tokens, credentials, or .env files are included.
  • npm run check passes.
  • Tests cover the change (parser, pagination, layout, exports where relevant).
  • CHANGELOG updated for user-visible changes.
  • README or docs updated if behavior changed.
  • No new runtime dependency without justification.
  • No network calls, telemetry, or document storage; only the theme preference may persist.

Verification

  • npm run format:check, npm run lint, npm run typecheck, npm test (231 tests across 20 files), and npm run build all pass.
  • New tests cover fenced and raw parsing equality, ambiguous-fence rejection, code-block requirements in both templates, alias drift, the six-step workflow, copy feedback, no network request during copy, and no document persistence for fenced input.
  • Document layout, preview, PDF, and DOCX code paths are untouched; the existing export suites pass.

Both templates now ask for exactly one fenced plain-text document,
require literal markers inside the fence, and add role, quality,
and conflict-handling guidance. Examples are fenced and still parse.
