Note

Low Risk
Documentation-only change with no runtime, auth, or product behavior impact.

Overview
Adds compatibility-matrix.md under Snyk IDE plugins docs with a table of stable IDE plugin releases from the last 12 months (VS Code, JetBrains, Visual Studio, Eclipse) and each row’s compatible Snyk CLI version range.

The page states the matrix is auto-generated and refreshed daily from GitHub releases (pre-releases/drafts excluded, stable CLI channel only). This matches the existing daily snyk-ls workflow described in the PR.

Matrix recreated at deleted old path

Medium Severity

This snyk-ls daily sync writes compatibility-matrix.md under developer-tools/snyk-ide-plugins-and-extensions/, a tree removed in the Oct 2026 GitBook restructure. The live matrix and SUMMARY.md already live at developer-tools/integrations/snyk-ide-plugins-and-extensions/compatibility-matrix.md, so this PR recreates a deleted path and never updates the published page.
