Matrix written to deleted old path

The daily snyk-ls workflow writes the compatibility matrix to developer-tools/snyk-ide-plugins-and-extensions/compatibility-matrix.md, the tree deleted in the Oct 2026 GitBook restructure. The live page and SUMMARY.md entry sit under developer-tools/integrations/snyk-ide-plugins-and-extensions/. This recreates the deleted path and leaves the published matrix unupdated, and it falls outside the merge-compatibility-matrix.sh auto-merge envelope.
