Modernize the remaining dependencies on top of the framework and Tailwind migrations, and update the site to Smeltery ownership.
Validation: full Flox gates, production build, all configured lesson smoke checks, Markdown/Mermaid validation, and LOC budgets. Browser review covers responsive layout, light/dark themes, navigation, and branding.
