Summary

Part 4 of #155; resolves the preview item of #36.
Builds on #160, which made the Paseo 0.12.0 bump.

Paseo 0.12.0's question card draws an option's preview under it (getpaseo/paseo#6171), so the preview is no longer appended to the description:

The card draws a preview as code with pre-wrap, so the preview isn't trimmed: a mockup needs its indentation.

Evidence

• Before: { label: "Node", description: "The established one\n\nnode --version" }
  After: { label: "Node", description: "The established one", preview: "node --version" }, and an indented box-drawing preview passes through byte for byte.
• Live, on a claude-tty-dev copy on a 0.12.0 daemon:
  • The pending card's options carry preview separately from description.
  • Answering with paseo permit allow --input '{"answers":{"Layout":"Split"}}' reached Claude ("You chose Split").
  • Not yet checked: that the 0.12.0 app draws the previews and its own Submit button answers.
• claude-tty passes 123 tests with 3 skipped; typecheck is clean.

requirements.paseo constrains only the daemon.
An app older than 0.12.0 ignores preview, so on such an app a preview that used to show in the description now doesn't show at all.
