Fills in the 0.11 changelog's missing entries (--cache, force-exit on SIGTERM/second SIGINT, RunCommand's real process overlay, and the dos.library Tier 1/2/3 gap-closing work from issues #159/#160) ahead of the v0.11 tag. --cache (issue #148) had no userdocs/CLI-Reference.md entry at all despite already shipping in code; Supported-Libraries.md's dos.library section was missing every call added by issues #159/#160 (ExamineFH, DupLockFromFH, ParentOfFH, GetCurrentDirName, SetFileSize, SplitName, SetProgramName, OpenFromLock, ChangeMode, MakeLink, ReadLink, the LockRecord family). Prepares the v0.11 release. Bumps
crates/volamos/crates/volamos-coreto0.11.0(andCargo.lockto match), and fills in the## 0.11changelog section with the entries that were missing:--cache(#148), force-exit onSIGTERM/a secondSIGINT(#151),RunCommand's real same-process overlay (#8/#156), and the three-tier dos.library gap-closing work from codewiz's newlib-porting feedback (#159's Tier 1/Tier 2, #160's Tier 3). The existing FINT/FINTRZ and--uae-debug/--emu68-debugentries were already there from earlier work.Also brought the rest of userdocs up to date while reviewing what shipped since v0.10:
