sidebar に session 一覧が2か所出ていた問題と、
prefix mの候補が画面上の pane と対応しない問題を直す。Changes
overview（custom section）を外し、標準の sessions / agents 欄だけにする。標準の session 行には状態 glyph と repo / branch の grouping がすでに出ている。tui dock agents（ N ●●）に移す。表示中の session が対象で、agent がいなければ cell を隠す。tui railを削除する。prefix mの候補を、pane タイトルと同じ番号: display_nameで表示する。これまでは OSC title（~/dotfilesなど）を出していたため、画面の pane と対応が取れなかった。最小化した pane は候補から除く。Test plan
python3 scripts/test-tui.py（38件。dock agents の件数・hang 色・非表示、swap の display_name・最小化除外を確認）scripts/check-markdown-links.py/scripts/check-package-duplication.sh 1 ●が出ること、prefix mの候補が1: aのように pane タイトルと一致し、Enter で入れ替わることを確認
