Mooship's standalone Moodle images were still local and the project had no installable Python CLI or release publication path. This change completes the runtime image sources, adds a dependency-free
mooshippackage modeled on LaraShip, and integrates the previously verified deployment preflight work from PR #6.The CLI installs exact official toolkit releases with checksum/archive/version validation and forwards the existing native commands. Python packaging and native assets use VERSION; release jobs require matching tags and successful workflows on the exact commit. Docker Hub and PyPI publication remain separately configured and verified operations.
Validation: 131 regressions pass on Python 3.8/3.12/3.14 (146 discovered, 15 opt-in skipped), helper statement/branch coverage is 93%, and all PR checks pass. Full host E2E run 40689536067 passes all four Moodle 4.5/5.3 x PostgreSQL/MySQL cases. Both release images build; all three real image tests pass locally (512.045 seconds) and in GitHub run 40691274281. Fresh installed wheel, sdist, native archive checksums/extraction/version, documentation and linters pass.
Enabled repository Dependabot alerts/Dependency Graph and confirmed Dependency Review passes. CodeQL alerts 2, 3 and 4 are scoped owner-approved
used in testsexceptions for disposable generated fixture credentials and a reader-byte digest comparison; application scanning remains active. PyPI pending publisher and GitHub environment/variable are configured. Actual registry uploads follow the checked release.
