Adds docs/hub-workflow.md: download a Hub model locally with the hf CLI, then transfer with copy/sync/verify/diff. Explicit non-goals: no hf:// source, no tokens, no LFS streaming. Links it from the README status section and AGENTS.md. Markdown only; e2e and e2e-live pass locally.
