…s a conformant release (sd88me#450) * catalog: --check-registry fails on stray JSON directly in catalog/ The build only reads catalog/plugins/*.json, so an entry added one folder too high passed CI and was never listed (catalog/fretty.json, sd88me#447; the same happened in sd88me#448). Only apps.json, patches.json and yanked.json may sit directly in catalog/. Yanking "surgexxl@*" drops it from catalog.tsv and the desktop app, so nothing can install it, and makes it Experimental on the site. A tier cap alone only hides the card. Adds catalog entries for Fretty, OB-Xd, Odin 2, and Sonix, plus a reusable script to generate catalog entries for my MPC plugins. The catalog test suite passes all 129 tests.
