Polygons within polygons.

Lesotho is entirely surrounded by South Africa:

It appears as one transparent polygon laid on top of another. What should happen is that the polygon of south africa should have a hole in it where lesotho goes.

Not sure whether this is a problem with the data, or with the way we're handling the data, or the way leaflet.js is handling the data.
