Summary

The docs pass after #1324, #1325 and #1328.

• README: the alt text for ui_editor_3d.png named a scene tree and inspector the capture hides, and the text for seq_4_test.png called it the Console status board. It is the Test tab beside the finished level. Both now say what the picture shows. docs/demos/README.md had the same scene tree line.
• DEVELOPMENT.md: the HFUIFactory entry lists make_wrap_row, fit_option and wrap_text. A new convention says a dock row has to fit the dock's 260 px minimum, which helper to reach for, and that tests/test_dock_tab_width.gd fails on a row that does not.
• DEVELOPMENT.md: under the screenshots rule, a paragraph on raw HTML pictures in the docs. They are written with their path from the page's own file, tools/mkdocs_raw_html_urls.py resolves them for the site, and a missing file fails the strict build.
• Last updated moves to 18 October on the seven pages this session changed.

Before / After Behavior

• Before: two screenshot descriptions in the README did not match their pictures, and nothing for contributors said why a wide dock row now fails a test.
• After: they match, and DEVELOPMENT.md says it.
