The README now opens with what Didi was, what it proved, why I stopped, and where to go instead. The README as it stood stays below that, word for word, so every fact the docs validator and the site read from it is still there. AGENTS.md says the project is archived, so nobody picks up the build queue as work to do. The archive/experiment-complete tag keeps the full state.

I've stopped work on Didi. This puts that at the top of the README: what Didi was, what it proved, why I stopped, and gda as the place to go for anyone with the same itch.
