Adds bounded Hacker News, Product Hunt, research and RuV release discovery with frozen candidate evidence. Adds a separate publisher for registered product policies, exact archive checks and registry integrity reconciliation after uncertain npm outcomes. Existing single-package publisher remains unchanged. Validation: six focused discovery and publisher tests pass. First live sweep selected README Proof; unavailable sources are retained explicitly. PyPI and Product Hunt submission remain separate unimplemented adapters.
