Adds a community article about a compiler/tooling problem we are exploring while building SEMAPRAX in Rust: why coding-agent edits benefit from persistent declaration identity, checked HIR, deterministic projections, and replay-before-mutation.

The post:

  • is written for Rust tool and compiler authors rather than as a product announcement;
  • links to the Apache-2.0 source and the SEMAPRAX homepage;
  • clearly labels SEMAPRAX experimental pre-alpha research and lists no production or safety claims;
  • credits Kevin Riedl / Wavect GmbH and links the original Wavect publication;
  • discloses OpenAI Codex drafting assistance;
  • remains draft: true as requested by the contribution guide.

I only performed focused frontmatter/link and whitespace checks; I did not manually run the repository CI.
