Pushing a v* tag now builds the CLI for Linux (x86_64, aarch64), macOS (Intel,
Apple Silicon) and Windows, smoke-tests --version and attaches the archives
with SHA-256 files to the GitHub release. install.sh and install.ps1 download
the archive for the current machine and verify its checksum.

Adds --version / -V, bumps the version to 0.1.1 and adds a "Try the released
CLI" section to the quick start.

Checked locally: fmt, clippy -D warnings, cargo test (43 passed), evaluation scripts; install.sh run end to end against a locally built 0.1.1 archive (checksum verified, installed binary prints 0.1.1).
