How to run?

• clone the repo
• cd draw-winner
• npm start
• cd api
• bundle install
• bundle exec rake db:create
• bundle exec rake db:migrate
• rails s -p 4000
• visit http://localhost:3000/

The master branch contains raffler implementation in react

The redux branch contains raffler implementation in redux
