The README had become a log of every phase. It now says what the engine is, what it guarantees (byte-exact identity, stable spans, local reparse, one dialect), its status and how to install it pinned to a tag. The phase history moves to CHANGELOG.md, one entry per tag from v0.1.0 to v0.1.19, in Keep a Changelog form; that includes the Phase 6 breaking change.
