What

Alpha cut per RELEASING.md: package.json → 0.0.2-alpha.114, and Unreleased moved under 0.0.2-alpha.114.

• Changelog rewritten for the person updating. The six happy-dom remount entries and the open/save entries are folded into reader-facing lines with packaged numbers (macOS bench, 29 Sep run 36566313564 vs 11 Oct run 38165346758: huge open ~10 s → ~1.1 s, keystroke 85.7 → 16.1 ms, save 3.1 s → 0.3 s). Per-change measurements stay in docs/performance/measurements.md.
• Entries that were missing: fix: keep only the ends of a wide selection real on stubbed notes #319 (Select All on stubbed notes), perf: send an opened document across IPC once #320–perf: do each block's open-time work once in main's parse (huge parse 325 → 225 ms) #325 (open path, first word count in slices).
• Duplicate ### Changed heading in Unreleased merged; contributor-only items moved under For contributors.
• README: download table lists the Intel zip (Noto-<version>-macos-x64.zip, built by make:release since Intel macOS builds again; notarization wired end to end; CHANGELOG and RELEASING #291) and drops the "Intel Macs are not supported" paragraph.

Why now

Last alpha v0.0.2-alpha.113 was 2026-09-28; since then #289–#325 merged with user-visible fixes (spell-check freeze, long-note open/save/typing, Stable channel, list after leading ---, Intel Macs). Not 0.0.3: signing/notarization is unchanged.

The README performance table is left for after the tag's benchmark run, so it quotes the release build.
