allowBuilds had unfilled placeholder values ("set this to true
or false") instead of booleans, so CI's clean install failed with
ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS on esbuild, lmdb, @parcel/watcher and
msgpackr-extract. Set all four to true; they are standard native
build steps for existing Vite/chokidar dependencies.
