Consolidate unpublished English and Russian notes into the approved module releases: Godot 1.2.0, Zanzarah 2.3.0, Ren'Py 3.2.0 and RPG Maker 1.3.0. Preserve the previously published changelog history and the agreed version numbers. The Zanzarah release has only the two approved entries; WolfRPG remains unchanged.
Update the changelog and supported-architecture documentation contracts and the Godot test source content-addressed license metadata. Runtime sources, binaries' version numbers and release workflows are unchanged.
Validation: tests-first changelog regression, preservation checks for published history, independent review and full Python line/branch coverage. The normal PR and module-tag workflows validate packaging and publish each module's x86, x64 and PDB archives.
