re-devholds 109 migration files since #16 (9003) and #18 (9004) both landed, each bumpingCURRENT_SCHEMA_VERSIONto 108 on its own. The guardschema_version_policy_compares_against_currenttherefore fails on every PR cut fromre-dev(it failed on #21). The constant is 109.Checked locally:
