Additional description

Cover:

• the current license expiration date, license ID, expired notice, and Support link
• the read-only Available plans section and its Coming soon state
• license-server connectivity, automatic license updates, write-usage reporting, refresh, and error states
• Document only currently implemented behavior.
  Trial countdowns, usage-cap enforcement, the expiry grace period, and AI-operation blocking are out of scope
  until Quill-138 is implemented.
