run

Immediate utility anchor for qvra.

run is the fastest contact surface in the field. It exists to let a stranger touch something useful quickly, with low ceremony and visible output.

What belongs here

Small runnable tools that:

  • solve a narrow real problem
  • start fast
  • show output immediately
  • are easy to reuse, fork, or adapt
  • feel sharp on first contact

What does not belong here

run is not:

  • a junk drawer
  • a monorepo of everything executable
  • a place for unfinished half-tools
  • a storage layer for abandoned ideas

Anchor standard

Anything promoted into run should satisfy all of these:

  • clear one-line purpose
  • one obvious command or invocation path
  • visible output
  • low setup friction
  • a route to nearby repos when the user needs more

Current role in qvra

run is one of the gravitational anchors. It is designed to produce first-use satisfaction fast.

Related routes:

  • bench for constrained comparison and measurement
  • lab for unstable experiments before promotion
  • show for demos and visible proof
  • pulse for visible motion and release rhythm

Submission rule

A tool belongs in run only if its value is obvious quickly and the artifact strengthens public motion more than it increases clutter.

First live tool

  • tools/hello — smallest executable contact artifact for run

Status

Active anchor surface.
