Installing sysusers file directly doesn't trigger dh_installsysusers and as such, never calls systemd-sysusers in the postinst script, even after a reboot.
Then, if the fastrpc group doesn't exist, the rules that set device node group owner to fastrpc are ignored.
Also, most users expect their fastrpc use cases to work after installation of fastrpc-support without retriggered udev rules, so we trigger fastrpc udev rules in the postinst script (dh_installudev doesn't do it).

Feel free to merge to debian/latest too.
