Deno was only used as a task runner for mdbook, a Markdown formatter and a stale doc generator. mise now provisions mdbook, mdbook-mermaid and dprint with pinned versions, so local and CI environments share one definition instead of three separate install steps. scripts/generate.ts is removed: it targeted pkg/id, pkg/password and pkg/time which no longer exist in pulsate-dev/pulsate, and nothing invoked it. mdbook uses the github: backend because the default aqua backend fetched an x86_64 binary on arm64 macOS. dprint does not alter the line below the marker, so the ignore carried over from deno-fmt-ignore had no effect and only added noise. Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>

Deno を廃止し，ツールチェーンを mise に一本化します．
mise.tomlで mdbook / mdbook-mermaid / dprint のバージョンを管理し，タスクも mise task に移行deno fmtから dprint に置き換えjdx/mise-actionに統一（mdbook は 0.5.1 / 0.5.3 のずれを 0.5.3 に統一）scripts/generate.tsを削除（参照先のpkg/id,pkg/password,pkg/timeは pulsate 本体に存在せず，どこからも呼ばれていないため）mise.tomlを管理）補足
github:backend を指定．既定の aqua backend は arm64 macOS で x86_64 バイナリを取得し実行できなかったためsrc/endpoint/timeline.mdの壊れたバッククォートを修正し，src/project.mdの iframe にdprint-ignoreを付与mise run format:check/test/buildの通過を確認済み．GitHub Actions 上での動作は本 PR の CI で確認Generated by Claude Code
