feat: add official Pullbox Unraid templates

Summary

• replace the Community Applications starter placeholders with official Pullbox repository metadata and branding
• add templates for Pullbox, the GetComics provider, and the Anna's Archive provider
• use GPL-3.0-or-later consistently with the application and provider repositories
• document the recommended private pullbox Docker network and the private-LAN bridge fallback
• preserve the provider runtime hardening contract and masked per-provider bearer tokens
• add a pinned, read-only GitHub Actions validation workflow and repository contract tests

Validation

• make validate
• xmllint --noout ca_profile.xml templates/*.xml
• git diff --check
• confirmed the Pullbox, GetComics, and Anna's Archive latest OCI indexes publish Linux AMD64 and ARM64 images
• confirmed all existing project, documentation, support, registry, screenshot, and submission URLs return HTTP 200
• confirmed icon.png is a 512x512 RGBA PNG

Follow-up

Unraid Community Applications Validate and Scan should run after merge because the stable TemplateURL and icon references intentionally target main.
