Tested on a NanoKVM Pro (1.2.15, no update available): restarting nanokvm.service during the wait, it retries, re-logs in and times out cleanly. Couldn't test a real update.
Would you mind shortening the title and adding a short description?

Add install_application_update(), which updates the application when the device is out of date and waits until it runs the new version. The update restarts the device's server and ends the session, so the client logs in again with credentials it keeps in memory when created with keep_credentials=True. Logging out, changing the password, a failed login and closing the client drop them. update_application() now waits up to 15 minutes for the install. It also treats the restart as success: the dropped connection on non-Pro firmware before 2.5.1, and the 502 on 2.5.1 and newer.
