Play: send edits to the running game - #57

Conversation
While the game runs, an edit that has settled for 0.3 s is exported into the play folder's next/, moved over the files the game loads, and reload.flag is bumped. psxsplash reloads the scene in place when the flag changes, keeping the player where they stand. A failed export leaves the running scene's files alone; edits stay in the document after Stop.

While the game runs, 0.3 s after the last edit the scene is exported into the play folder's
next/, moved over the files the game loads, andreload.flaggets a new number; psxsplash#73 reloads the scene in place when the number changes, with the player where they stood. A failed export leaves the running scene's files alone, and edits stay in the document after Stop.Tested from a package-shaped folder under xvfb: Play, click the Pillar in the Scene view, Delete, and the Game view loses it; with the exe from psxsplash main the Game view matches a run without the delete. editor_tests 455/455; without the flag write, two of the new checks fail.
