Export a scene to a bootable disc image - #53

The Export button (and Build > Export Disc Image, Ctrl+B) did nothing. It now writes a .bin/.cue: SYSTEM.CNF, the CD-ROM build of psxsplash as PSX.EXE, and the scene under SCENE0/ where its loader looks. The image is raw Mode 2 Form 1 with EDC and P/Q parity, so it can be burned as is. Courtyard boots in pcsx-redux from the disc and matches the PCdrv boot. CI now builds the LOADER=cdrom engine too and ships it beside the PCdrv one; a PCdrv engine is refused. splashpack-cli disc does the same from the command line, and tests/disccheck.py reads the image back.
