Adds a daily schedule trigger to .github/workflows/ci.yml so a new grok CLI release (resolved from https://x.ai/cli/stable) is validated without a push.

agy-pstack, droid-pstack, and devin-pstack CI workflows have no schedule trigger. Their on: block is push, pull_request, and workflow_dispatch. This PR keeps that shape and adds one daily cron:

0 0 * * * is 00:00 UTC every day. No other files change.

• minimum changes: 2-line schedule add to the port-only ci workflow, no upstream counterpart, nothing else touched.
• parity: no skill, manifest, or version changes; still pstack 0.15.29.
• harness proof: Validate plugin green at 97ea3c0, which runs grok plugin validate, grok plugin install . --trust, grok plugin list --json, and grok inspect --json against the stable cli. no skills changed. the cron itself proves out on its first 00:00 utc run.
• issue linkage: no issue, none needed.
