audit: readme replaces upstream pstack readme with an install stub #10
# grok-pstack
Grok Build port of [pstack](https://github.com/cursor/plugins/tree/main/pstack) (`0.15.29`) by [Lauren Tan (poteto)](https://x.com/poteto), bundling `deslop`, `control-cli`, and `control-ui` from [cursor-team-kit](...) (`1.2.0`) by Eric Zakariasson.
See the [upstream pstack README](...), [upstream cursor-team-kit README](...), and the [guide](./docs/guide/README.md) for usage and documentation.
## Install
...
grok plugin install https://github.com/pstack-ports/grok-pstack --trust
...
grok plugin list
i'm poteto. i'm not a president or ceo, but i've worked with millions of lines of code at Meta, Netflix, and Cursor. ...
and goes on through ## install, ## get started, the playbooks, and the skill table. That table carries the /sharpen row that #8 ported everywhere else. #8 skipped it with "This port's README has no skill table", so the stub is already making later upstream changes drop out.
why grok doesn't need the difference
Only the install block is harness-specific. Upstream's lines 15–30 (/add-plugin pstack, the Claude Code marketplace commands, the Claude Code adapter link, and the harness/pstack/ generator note) are Cursor/Claude-only. Everything else is harness-neutral prose and runs unchanged on Grok. #1 shortened the README to match agy-pstack. The bar is upstream text verbatim except what the harness requires, and the README isn't harness-required.
smallest fix
Copy upstream pstack/README.md @ 88d4751 verbatim. Replace only the ## install block (lines 15–30) with the current grok plugin install https://github.com/pstack-ports/grok-pstack --trust / grok plugin list commands. Keep a one-line port note (upstream pin plus bundled cursor-team-kit skills) at the top, if you want one.
found by the whole-port audit against upstream 88d4751. fix with Closes #10.
