• minimum changes: diffed all 16 files against upstream d1715e03a8...f9be7aa00c (pstack/). 11 files take the upstream hunks exactly; create-formal-verification-skill, sharpen, and poteto-help/references/recipes.md now match upstream byte for byte. the rest differ only where the harness needs it: .factory/skills in 06, setup offer as ### 9 (droid has an extra step), poteto-help keeps the ~/.factory/AGENTS.md wording, manifest indentation is pre-existing.
