Fix Multi-phase plan paths for this repo's layout - #1

The Multi-phase plan playbook still referenced skills as pstack/skills/..., the cursor/plugins monorepo layout upstream pstack lives in. In this repository the plugin sits at the root, so those paths, including the git show origin/main: version pins, never resolved. What this fixes
The compatibility inspection flagged one in-repo defect: the Multi-phase plan playbook still referenced skills as
pstack/skills/..., the layout of the upstreamcursor/pluginsmonorepo. In this repository the plugin is at the root, so those paths never resolved here, including thegit show origin/main:version-pin checklist items.agy-pstack carries the same stale refs, so this port deliberately diverges from the reference on this one point.
The change
Drop the
pstack/prefix from all 9 references inskills/poteto-mode/playbooks/multi-phase-plan.md(8 lines). Root-relativeskills/...paths match this repo's layout and the convention every sibling playbook already uses. Nothing else changes.Gaps from the inspection that are out of scope here
