Add the 2nd International Conference on Probabilistic Numerics (LUT University, Lappeenranta, 9-11 Sep 2026) to the meetings and add Karvonen, Gessner, Kouw and Tronarp to coauthors.yml. Update Jon Cockayne's URL to joncockayne.me, as joncockayne.com no longer works. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <[email protected]>
