Release the merged fixes as server 0.2.1, CLI 0.2.2, and edge 0.1.5. Keep the generated CLI version in sync and update the pre-launch checklist with the final combined validation results.
The preceding fixes passed 507 unit tests, 101 Postgres integration tests, and 11 production HTTP tests, plus builds, type checks, edge packaging, dependency audit, and CodeQL. This PR reruns CI on the versioned source. Merging starts the native CLI release workflow for all four supported platforms.
No database migrations or new required configuration.
