The postil-cli release workflow now builds musl targets for ARM64 systems as of commit 22f1f4f. Update the action CI smoke-install matrix to expect these artifacts to ensure Alpine-based ARM64 runners are properly tested before release. This completes Alpine/musl support in postil-action: the action already detects musl libc and selects the correct prebuilt artifact (or falls back to source builds), and this test change ensures aarch64-musl binaries from postil-cli releases are verified end to end.
