Prebuilt CLI verification binds the Sigstore certificate to the exact pinned release-workflow commit, and source fallback accepts exactly one trusted primary GPG fingerprint while supporting trusted signing subkeys. Adversarial CI covers wrong workflow commits, untrusted keys, missing or duplicate signatures, and invalid signatures.
