cronic: allow an exported shell function as the command; reserve cronic_ names - #137
Conversation
When the caller exports SHELLOPTS, the command inherited cronic's own -e and -u, so a bash script that reads an unset variable (such as texi2dvi) failed. Running the command in a subshell also keeps the exit and exec builtins from ending cronic before it reports.
When the caller exports SHELLOPTS with xtrace or verbose, cronic traced or echoed itself to stderr, so cron sent email on every run. Also keep cronic's setup of the command out of the command's trace output.
The command no longer runs via `command`, so it may be an exported shell function, which runs with the caller's options. The command does not see any variable or function whose name starts with cronic_, even one that the caller exported.

… tests Save the caller's SHELLOPTS rather than a hand-maintained list of option letters, so that every set -o option is restored for the command. Document that verbose and BASH_ENV can still make cronic write to stderr. In the tests, unset PS4, skip trace-section checks when bash lacks BASH_XTRACEFD, and share the PASS/FAIL reporting.
…EFD tests on old bash Run the restore code via `builtin`, so that an exported function such as `unset` cannot defeat the hiding of cronic_ names. Document in --help that COMMAND may be a builtin or an exported function and runs with the caller's shell options. Skip the tests that need BASH_XTRACEFD on bash before 4.1, and merge the two ad hoc goal checks into check_goals.
…e command Cronic's own code no longer sees a caller's exported function, so no command needs a `builtin` prefix. Posix mode makes special builtins such as `set`, `unset`, and `export` run in place of functions while saving and restoring.
Posix mode rejects a function name such as my-fn, which was lost, and with an exported errexit stopped cronic silently. A function that BASH_ENV defined is no longer exported to the command.

…ot test via sh, which may be bash In posix mode, bash 3.2 rejects `unset -f` on a function whose name is not an identifier, so cronic now turns posix mode off before removing functions, and runs `unset` and `exit` via `builtin`. When `sh` is bash, as on macOS, it assigns POSIXLY_CORRECT itself, so two tests now run bash rather than `sh`.

Previously the error was reported but the command still ran, unlike when a function cannot be removed.
