feat(home): directed Studio scenes, footer wordmark glow and Damn Labs credits

What changes

• README: refreshed project overview with a branded header, badges and principles; links the live site at hexlode.damnlabs.com.
• Studio section: each cell is now a directed GSAP scene started by ScrollTrigger (ADR 0009). The graph builds and the batch runs through it, a pointer changes the crop, four workers share the last images of the batch, an edit reruns only the changed steps, and the pipeline is saved as a tool. One thing moves at a time, neighbouring cells start one after another, scenes pause off screen, and reduced motion shows a still frame.
• Corners: cards use 12px corners with 4–6px corners inside (inner = outer − padding). rounded-xl is the 28px page radius in this theme and is kept off cards.
• Footer: the dotted wordmark brightens in a circle under the pointer; credit to Damn Labs, a Pixelact Studio product, and a Damn Labs links column.
• Dependencies: GSAP and @gsap/react, loaded only with the home page.

Checks

pnpm check, pnpm typecheck, pnpm test and pnpm build pass. CI passed on #10.
