Follow-up to #55 and merged PR #56.
Validation
codex:check reports expected managed-cache drift for the changed plugin paths and new reference plus pre-existing extra voice cache entries. The installed cache was not synced from this unmerged branch.
Live automation follow-up
The standalone vacation-daily-work-plan automation is unchanged. Its current prompt has the same complete-commitment requirement and should receive a separate live prompt update using this failure, provider, and retry contract; that change remains behind its own exact automation approval.
