Dashboard and control panel independently interpreted headset names, connection state, duplex readiness, and RSSI. This change centralizes those semantics while preserving each view’s labels and signal formatting.
addresses_by_controlleralready serves both warning and capacity validation paths, with distinct diagnostics preserved.
