Add onboarding guide as md - #142

I tried to serve the website on a linux machine with hugo v0.123.7+extended But I can't build the website, the error message points to a folder that is not present. I'm not sure if this requires a higher hugo version or some other sort of configuration. |

I used Hugo: Extended v0.164.0, installed via winget. I got some warnings about deprecated .Site.LanguageCode and .Site.Data. Also, didn't see the onboarding guide yet. |

I still can't build on my machine but I expected that the page would appear on the menu as it is a top-level markdown file. Probably I'll need to edit other pages so that it can be found. Thanks for building and exploring it. |
Move the guide under content/, add a Validation Initiatives menu entry, and link it from the homepage Our Approach to Validation carousel slide so it is discoverable on the site. Co-authored-by: Cursor <[email protected]>

@llrs I am not sure where to put it but I have moved the .md file to content/ It appears under Validation menu -> Initiatives. I also added it to the homepage slide on the page “Our Approach to Validation” (“Read our early adoption guide?”)
The markdown file needs some formatting to be rendered nicely, currently there are many "" appearing on the page by a rough look. |

Thanks for the change @Zhenglei-BCS I'll see to clean up the file and think about how Maybe we can discuss next week about where to place it. But for the moment I'll focus on cleaning the "" and the other markdown/quarto marks. |

Add the onboarding file as a top level file.
Questions:
I'm not sure how to serve the webpage on Windows so I'm sharing the PR to check it.
The preview is here: https://deploy-preview-142--condescending-lewin-a2fc51.netlify.app/ (but I'm not sure how to find the new page)
