Limit idle refreshes to actual sync points
For a linked Claude Code installation with no queued ChatData event, the unconditional Stop hook in plugins/chatdata/hooks/hooks.json still calls flush(silent=True) after every ordinary Claude turn. This new GET therefore contacts the usage service once per configured installation on unrelated, non-ChatData turns, exposing their timing and making the synchronous Stop hook wait for network timeouts despite reporting being documented as scoped to explicit ChatData activity. Refresh only from SessionStart/explicit sync, or only after this Stop hook actually completed a ChatData workflow.
Useful? React with 👍 / 👎.
ChatData now refreshes the local aggregate dashboard summary during sync even when no usage events are queued. This lets the Claude footer replace stale setup guidance after the dashboard already has a baseline, without adding any telemetry fields.
This also publishes plugin version 1.6.4.
