This notebook evaluates application wrappers for kedm (Kokkos-EDM) and the reference pyEDM.
The pyEDM applications are found in pyEDM/apps. The kedm applications are:
CC_Matrix.py : Pearson correlation matrix
kCCM_Matrix.py : kedm ccm matrix
kCCM.py : kedm ccm
kCCM_Surrogate.py : Evaluate CCM random surrogates
kXmap_Matrix.py : kedm xmap matrix
RhoDiff_Matrix.py : rhoDiff matrix
A Jupyter lab notebook to compare kedm & pyEDM results is in tests/. To run the notebook you need to add the location of pyEDM/apps to sys.path, see the notebook.
