Add a press kit

A press kit page on https://pangular-inspector.dev so people writing about Pangular Inspector (posts, talks, newsletters, conference slides) have the right name, logo and description in one place.

What it should have:

• Name usage: "Pangular Inspector" in prose, pangular only for the CLI and code. The tagline "The unified Angular devtools".
• Logo: the chosen logo (see Vote: pick the Pangular Inspector logo #210) as SVG and PNG, light and dark, the mark alone and with the wordmark, plus the app icon. A zip to download them all.
• Colors: the brand colors with hex values.
• Descriptions: a one-line, a short (about 50 words) and a long (about 150 words) description, ready to paste.
• Screenshots: the panel (light and dark), the Angular Native and NativeScript views, and an agent using the MCP tools.
• Links: docs, npm package @pangular-inspector/devtools, GitHub, the Chrome Web Store listing, Discord.
• Maintainers: names and links.
• Link the page from the docs footer and the README.
