Should modules with a sidebar produce one slide deck per qmd file? #32

For modules decomposed in several parts with a sidebar, do we expect one slide deck per part? If so, the template might need to be updated because

revealjs:
    output-file: index-slides.html

in each of the qmd file means that index-slides.html is overwritten and produced only once, leading to this kind of errors:

ERROR: NotFound: No such file or directory (os error 2): rename '/home/runner/work/modules/modules/site/training/modules-dev/R/index-slides.html' -> '/home/runner/work/modules/modules/site/_site/training/modules-dev/R/index-slides.html'

(cf #31)

Yes, I think in most cases each page should have its own set of slides (there are definitely some edge cases that probably don't need slides, such as appendices or resource pages).
