Summary
Adopt the four bootstrap-confirmed Dagu lifecycle renders from @a4s/omp-dagu 0.3.118, preserving the installed repository policy. This replaces the mandatory quality checkpoint with the maintained quality-free lifecycle for newly admitted runs.
